We are a “Restored Order” parish and, thus, children are prepared for the Sacrament of Confirmation & First Communion during the second grade.  Preparation is a two-year process beginning in first grade. 

Side Note: Children past second grade age are prepared through the Older Sacramental Preparation Process, known as RCIA adapted for children.

In addition to weekly Sunday School sessions by WORD OF LIFE, “Restored Order” children will participate in:

A. Semester 1: 6 additional Reconciliation lessons (lessons are completed at home with parent/guardian) followed by a Reconciliation Family retreat in December .

B. Semester 2: 8 additional Confirmation & First Communion lessons (lessons are completed at home with parent/guardian) followed by a Confirmation & First Communion Family retreat in March.
